Project Introduction
The United States of America is often described as fifty countries within a country, each one vastly different from the other. Nonetheless, the USA has a very strong national identity and is proud, brash, and unapologetic about it. I travelled to four states: Washington, Colorado, Tennessee, and New York, to explore what each of them brings to the table.
Photos were taken on a Leica M262 with Leitz Lenses. Original photos were selected, edited and uploaded in March 2023. Photos were re-selected, re-edited and re-uploaded in June 2024 to better reflect and interlink with the global photography body of work.
